Reconciliation
Penance is the sacrament by which we receive God's healing forgiveness for sins committed after baptism.
The rite is called reconciliation because it reconciles us not only with God but with the Church community. Both these aspects of reconciliation are important [1468-1470]. When you confess your sins sincerely, God rejoices.
The Sacrament of Reconciliation is available 1 hour before the first Mass on Saturday or by making an appointment through the parish office. Penance Services are offered during Advent and Lent. First Reconciliation is through our Religious Education Program.
