Parish Registration

Welcome to St. George Roman Catholic Parish in Apache Junction, Arizona!

If you are new to the parish, or you just have not yet officially registered as a parish member, you can request a registration form in one of three ways:

• Visit the parish office and pick one up.
• Call the parish office at (480) 982-2929 and ask for a Parish Registration Form to be mailed to you.
• Download the Parish Registration Form HERE.

After you have completed filling out the form, it may be mailed or dropped off at the parish office, or dropped in the collection basket at Mass. For those requesting offertory envelopes please make a note on the form and a box of envelopes will be mailed to you.
