St. George Giving Tree

The Giving Trees are up! The Giving Tree program helps families in our community who have financial difficulties providing a Christmas gift for their children.

The WHITE tags have a “wish list” for a specific child.
The GREEN tags are for various gift cards that we use for those “hard to buy for” teens.
The RED tags are for wrapping paper and extra toys.
The YELLOW tags are for candy and small toys for stocking stuffers.

We invite you to take a tag from the tree. Some children may request several items, you may purchase one or all of what is requested. We do ask if you could please try to fulfill at least ONE of the requested items.

Please return ALL gifts with tags attached NO LATER than Sun, Dec 8. We need time to sort and box the gifts up before the gifts are picked up on Mon, Dec 16.

Note: Please DO NOT WRAP the gifts! The parents get to do that and see what their child is receiving.

Gifts may be placed in the crib by the tree in church or brought to the parish office during office hours.

Gift cards should be either dropped in the collection bins or brought to the parish office. Please do not put gift cards in the crib.
