Liturgy of the Hours

The mystery of Christ, his Incarnation and Passover, which we celebrate in the Eucharist permeates and transfigures the time of each day through the celebration of The Liturgy of the Hours.

This is the voice of the Bride herself (the Church) addressed to her Bridegroom (Jesus Christ)! (CCC 1174)

The Liturgy of the Hours (Morning Prayer) is prayed in community at 9:30 am every Thursday in the crying room in the back of the Church. We have copies of the Liturgy of the Hours for your use during our service which lasts about 15 minutes. Copies of the book are available for purchase in the parish office.

This is a wonderful opportunity to learn how to pray the Liturgy of the Hours, so you can do it at home as well. The Hours are intended to become the prayer of the whole People of God.
